Return Policy

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 30 days after purchase.

Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you.

Not the style you were looking for and wanted to exchange to something else? No problem! Just send it back to us, and we will send out your requested style.

If the requested lengths change, we will have to adjust the cost of your order.

We do not refund shipping charges.

For altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions have been worn) all sales are final. We are a retail hair extension company and do not have large margins that might factor this into their retail pricing.

All digital products including Product Photos are non-refundable.

Shipping

Orders placed before 3 pm ET generally ship the same day. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day.

We offer Priority 1 – 3 Day shipping as well as Express 1 – 2 Day shipping.

Delivery times are based on the distance from our Atlanta warehouse.

Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.

Sorry, we do not take responsibility if USPS delays the delivery of your package as it is 100% out of our company’s control.
